What we collect
Your name, email, and anything else you include in an enquiry: phone number, suburb, area, the pool you're interested in and your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. For an installed pool, we pass your details to the licensed builder in your area so they can contact you, visit the site and quote. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How it's stored
Enquiries go to our business email. We keep them as long as we need to deal with your enquiry or any pool we supply, and to meet our legal obligations.
Access and correction
Email swim@opalpools.com.au to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
